Bookings and Reservations

We advise during Christmas breaks you book early (before September) to guarantee a reservation. We have a minimum 7 day stay over Christmas between 15th December and 5th January. A booking deposit is required and the balance when your pet is delivered or collected at the end of their stay.

Please Note: Owing to the demand for accommodation during the Christmas, New Year and school holiday periods, we reserve the right to charge for all reservations. Should you collect your pet prior to the arranged date a refund should not be expected.

What to bring:
– Current Vaccination Certificate (Dogs include Kennel Cough)
– Necessary Medication
– Any Blankets or Bedding you require [Bedding provided for cats only]
– Best manners and a fun holiday attitude.

Arrival:
– Cats to arrive in carry cases.
– Dogs to arrive on leads – absolutely no loose dogs!
